I use coconut yogurt and quinoa flakes for a dairy & grain free version (funny tummies) but get out the Jalna & Oats if that is what is in your cupboard!
- ⅓ cup milk (of choice)
- ⅓ cup yogurt (of choice)
- ⅓ cup quinoa flakes (or oats)
- 1 kiwi & 5 strawberries, blended to a paste
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Sprinkle of shredded coconut to garnish
- Stir ingredients together (aside from the coconut) and pop in the fridge overnight.
- Remove when ready to eat in the morning and sprinkle with coconut.
