I am going to be honest and say that this week has been a struggle. I have felt really low in energy, not sure why and it is effecting my day to day activity. But I am here to tell you that next week WILL be different.
And one of those differences will be that I am going to cook some SUPER DOOPER healthy food.

This dish is SO BLOODY yummy, even our kids had a go. You can make the Falafel ahead, they are quite moist and don’t go dry like the others do..
Tuesday is crazy night around here so a 10 minute meal it will be. Sub the bacon for mushies to make it meat free xx
We love to build our own meals, the kids are much more likely to try new things when doing so.
Add the sides you like and mix it up!
This is actually a low cal meal, but our kids really enjoy it too. Try the lemon sauce before you add it on the chicken to make sure it isn’t too tart as all lemons aren’t created equal!
