Perfect for picnics, parties and school lunches!
Either cook your self a chicken breast or pop an extra breast in one of these soups!
- 1 chicken breast, sliced into 3 pieces
- ½ a cucumber finely diced
- 2 stalks of celery, finely diced
- 1 heaped tablespoon of your fave Mayonaise
- Boil some water and pop in your chicken pieces, simmer for 15-20 mins until cooked through.
- Allow to cool completely then finely dice the chicken breast, mix other ingredients through and you are good to go!
