Making your own curry paste is way easier than you expect, especially when you created them from fresh herbs only.
The best part of this mix is that it is flavour without spice so your kids will be happy to eat it too, you can just add chilli to yours at the end!
Use what you need and freeze the rest 😜
- One bunch spring onions
- 3 cm ginger
- 4 garlic cloves
- Two stalks lemongrass white bit only
- 4 to 6 kafir lime leaves
- Chop all items into smaller chunks and blitz into a paste using a food processor.
