Can’t be fagged supermarket shopping.  This recipe is for YOU!

Apricot Delights
 
Serves: 8
Prep time: 1 min
Total time: 1 min

Ingredients
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Instructions
  1. Put everything in your food processor and blend for 1-3 mins depending on your machine speed.
  2. Press in to a pan, lined with paper so it doesn't stick and refrigerate to set, then slice, it don't get much simpler than that!
