These little pockets of on the go zing are PERFECT for on the way to the gym at 6am OR a mid morning snack.
Add protein powder (about 3 scoops) if you are keen!
- 3 tablespoons cacao
- 150 g roasted peanuts
- 350 g dates
- 1/3 cup ground coffee
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds OR chia seeds
- Add all ingredients in to a high speed blender and process until all ingredients come together in a lump.
- Roll in to 16 balls.
- Great in the freezer. So yum.
