This dish is one of our faves, and I PROMISE your family will not be able to tell that there is no meat in this. It is great with rice, in burritos or on nachos.

Our family go NUTS for this soup. It is really easy to make, tasty and doesn’t need a million ingredients. If your family is not into coriander just sub it our for mild curry powder (but you can’t really pick it out in the soup I promise).
WHY is it still so flipping cold? I dunno.
The only bonus is that you can eat comfort food which is THE BEST.
You really can just chuck all the ingredients in and slow cook this one, but softening the veg and browning the meat first will give you a slightly sweeter rounder flavor.
This dish is the one I make when I have NOTHING else in the cupboard.
If you are not a tuna fab sub for smoked salmon, prawns or even chicken!
Roasts are awesome right?? But not when you get home at 5 and need dinner NOW.
Well this one works for us, use chicken or beef. Or just have veggies!!
You can totally buy dough from the refrigerator section from the super these days, so you needn’t even make your own. But the kids enjoy it and if I have leftovers I left them make dough men and paint them after they are baked. Saturday is then DONE.
